  • 3 Cups of cooked macaroni noodles (1½ cups uncooked)
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 1 cup of grated cheddar cheese
  • 2 tbsp of flour
  • 1 cup of cooked ham, diced
  • 2 tbsp of unsalted butter
  1. Melt the butter in a pot over medium high heat. Add in the flour and stir until a roux forms.
  2. Pour in the milk, chicken stock, and bring it to a boil.
  3. Add the macaroni, ham, cheese, salt, pepper. Stir over medium high heat until the sauce slightly thickens.
  4. Ladle it into a bowl and garnish with extra cheese and parsley.
  5. Serve and enjoy your mac and cheese soup.
