Creamy Tuna Spaghetti

  • 200 grams of spaghetti noodles
  • 1½ cups of heavy cream
  • 3 cloves of garlic, chopped
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • basil for garnish
  • salt and pepper to taste
  1. Cook the spaghetti noodles, in boiling salted water, for about 9 minutes or until it's al dente.
  2. Add some oil to a preheated pan and saute the onion and garlic, over medium high heat, for about 2 minutes or until fragrant.
  3. Put the tuna chunks in and stir and saute them for a couple of minutes.
  4. Add in the heavy cream and season it with salt and pepper. Stir and bring it to a boil.
  5. Put the spaghetti in and toss until it's completely covered with the sauce.
  6. Plate and garnish the dish with some basil.
  7. Serve and enjoy your creamy tuna spaghetti.
