Lemon Garlic Chicken - Dinner in 30 Minutes

  • 3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tbsp of paprika
  • 1 tsp of turmeric
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 tbsp of butter
  • 1 tbsp of olive oil or vegetable oil
  • 5 cloves of garlic, chopped
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 cup of chicken stock
  • ½ squeezed lemon
  • 2 tbsp of cilantro
  1. Put the chicken into a bowl.
  2. Add in the paprika, tumeric, salt, pepper, and mix until well combined.
  3. Put 2 tbsp of butter into a pan and add the chicken in. Fry, over medium high heat, for about 4 or to 5 minutes until cooked through.
  4. Add in the onion and garlic and saute for a minute or two.
  5. Pour in the chicken stock and allow it to cook down for about 10 minutes.
  6. Squeeze in the lemon and add the cilantro. and cook for another minute or two.
  7. Enjoy your lemon garlic chicken.
