Omelette in a Bag

Ingredients
  • 1 medium zip lock bag
  • 2 eggs
  • ¼ red bell pepper chopped finely
  • 1 slice of tomato, chopped
  • 1 slice of onion, chopped
  • 1 clove of crushed garlic
  • 2 - 3 tbsp of old cheddar cheese
  • salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
  1. Add 2 - 3 inches of water to a pan and bring to a boil.
  2. Place the egg, bell pepper, tomato, onion, garlic, cheese, salt, and pepper to a mixing bowl and mix until will combined.
  3. Pour the mixture into the zip lock bag.
  4. Place the bag in the boiling water for 13 - 15 minutes.
  5. Remove the omelette from the bag and serve.
  6. Enjoy your omelette in a bag.
