Serves: 2
  • 2 pork chops bone in or bone out
  • 1 tsp of garlic powder
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 can (300 ml) of cream of mushroom soup
  • ½ cup of chicken stock
  • 2 tbsp of chopped parsley for garnish
  • 1 tbsp of butter and oil for frying
  1. Season the pork chops with the salt, pepper, and garlic powder on both sides.
  2. Add the butter to a pan, let it melt down, and place some oil in to stop the butter from burning.
  3. Put the chops in and fry them for about 3 to 4 minutes on each side, over medium hight heat, until they are nicely browned.
  4. Remove the pork chops from the pan and set them aside on a plate to rest.
  5. In the same pan, add in the cream of mushroom soup and the chicken stock. Stir it, over medium heat, until well combined and creamy.

  7. Plate them, spoon more sauce over the top, and garnish with the parsley.
