Pork Chops with Apple and Cinnamon in 30 Minutes

  • 2 medium pork chops
  • 2 apples sliced fairly thin
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp of butter, divided
  • 1½ tbsp of brown sugar
  • ½ tsp of cinnamon
  1. Season both sides of the pork chops up with salt and pepper.
  2. Add the butter to a pan, place the chops in, and fry them until they are cooked through. The time will vary according to the thickness of the chops.
  3. Set the pork chops aside on a plate to rest.
  4. In the mean time, place the apples in a bowl. Add in the brown sugar, cinnamon, and mix until the apples are covered.
  5. In the same pan, add in the other tablespoon of butter and let it melt down.
  6. Place the apples in and cook, over medium heat, for about six minutes or until the are tender crisp.
  7. Remove the apples from the pan and put them over the pork chops.
  8. Garnish with some parsley or the garnish of your choice.
  9. Serve and enjoy your pork chops with apple and cinnamon.
