Asian iced coffee is delightful and can be prepared in a matter of minutes. It only uses 3 simple ingredients, and I love it due to its simplicity and rich coffee based flavor. This iced coffee is great served up on a hot summer day. Give it a try and let us know what you think.
You can use just about any brand of coffee in this recipe. I like brewed coffee, but you can use instant. My personal preference is an Arabian or Columbian blend of coffee. Any type of condensed milk can be used, just make sure that it’s sweetened. Of course, you can use as much, or as little, as you like. Ice cubes seem to work about the best, but you could use crushed ice, as well. This is my method of making Asian iced coffee, but there are several other ways. For example, another alternative is to mix the coffee and condensed milk in one glass, and add it to the ice cubes in a separate glass. It’s entirely your choice. The recipe makes about 300 ml of iced coffee. If you are serving 2 or 3people, adjust the ingredients accordingly.
