I keep saying that there's nothing nicer than coming home and having dinner on the table in a matter of minutes. The great thing is that my family and dinner guests don't know how I do it. As one member said: "I love having these secret recipes up my sleeve." This hot and spicy chicken bites is certainly one of those recipes.

Add chicken to a pan over medium high heat. Put in a bit of oil and butter if necessary. Season with the salt, pepper, and onion powder. Fry until cooked through and browned.
Add in the butter and allow it to melt down. Place in the garlic, Italian seasoning, hot pepper flakes, and sriracha. Toss and fry until the chicken is coated and garlic is fragrant.
Plate, pour any remaining sauce over the top, and garnish with green onions.
Enjoy your 15 minute hot and spicy chicken bites.

The seasoning really depends on your liking. You can add as much or as little sriracha and hot pepper flakes as you like. The same applies to the rest of the seasoning.
The dish goes very well with rice or any fried veggie. Even a nice garden salad compliments it well.
Don't forget a nice glass of wine or cold beer.
