Ingredients
  • 3 large eggs
  • 3 tablespoons diced ham
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
  1. Separate the whites from the yolks. Place each in a separate bowl.

  2. Put the egg whites into the bowl of a stand mixer. Be sure the bowl is clean and free from grease. I often wipe mine out with a paper towel and some lemon juice. Mix until stiff peaks form.

If you don't have a stand mixer, you can use a hand mixer or whisk.
  3. Add in the ham, salt, pepper, and garlic. Gently fold together.

  4. Spoon the mixture out onto a baking sheet forming 3 separate piles. Billow it out so it appears cloud like. Make a well in the centre.

  5. Place the clouds into a 400 degree F or 200 C preheated oven for about 4 or 5 minutes until they begin to brown.

  6. Remove from the oven and gently place the yolks into the wells. Place back in the oven for 3 to 4 minutes until the yolks are set.

  7. Garnish with parsley, serve, and enjoy your cloud eggs.
