If you have heard the term "winner, winner, chicken dinner," this is certainly one of them. Our 30 minute creamy chicken bacon pasta is so easy to make and borderline intoxicating. Your family and friends will love it and beg for more.
Fry the bacon to the point where it's just about crisp and cut into bite size chunks. Set aside.
Add the chicken to the bacon grease and season with salt, pepper, paprika, Italian seasoning, and hot pepper flakes. Stir and cook until browned and cooked through. Set aside on a plate.
Add the spinach, tomatoes, and garlic to the same pan. Cook until the spinach has wilted. Add in the heavy cream and bring to a soft boil.
Sprinkle in the Parmesan and stir until well incorporated.
Place the chicken, bacon, and lemon juice in. Stir once again.
Add the pasta in. Toss until everything is well combined.
Turn off the heat, plate, and serve.
Enjoy your 30 minute creamy chicken and bacon pasta.
* Percent Daily Values are based on a 2,000 calorie diet. Your daily value may be higher or lower depending on your calorie needs. Nutritional values are a within reason estimate and my vary depending on several factors.
I use heavy cream in the dish. If you are diet conscious, you can use half cream and half milk.
I find powdered Parmesan works well, but if you have grated, that works fine too.
Adjust the seasoning according to your liking.
