There is nothing nicer than a good quiche. I sometimes call it a complete breakfast in a pie shell. As one member said: "What a fantastic way to start the day!"

Using a fork, poke some holes into the pie shell. Place into a 375 degree F or 190 C preheated oven for 10 to 12 minutes.
Add the eggs, cream, onions, red bell pepper, bacon, cheese, salt, and pepper to a mixing bowl. Mix until well combined.
Allow the pie shell to cool for a few minutes and pour in the quiche mixture. It should be filled about 3/4 the way full. Place in a 375 F. or 190 C preheated oven for about 45 minutes.
Serve and enjoy your bacon, egg, and cheese quiche.
