I've had meatloaf, but I've never had one this good. Our bacon wrapped meatloaf is made with a combination of a deliciously season meatloaf with cheese and spinach. To top the goodness off, it's wrapped in bacon. It just doesn't get any better.

Add the ground beef to a bowl followed by the garlic, salt, pepper, onion powder, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, eggs, and bread crumbs. Using your hands or a spoon, mix until well combined.
Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil. Place the ground beef mixture on and spread out into an even, large rectangle.
Lay the cheese and spinach over the top.
Grab one end of the foil as a handle and roll the mixture into a tight roll or log. The foil only helps you hold the one end of the mixture. The rest will have to be rolled without the foil.
Wrap bacon around the mixture and coat with BBQ sauce. I use Stubbs but use the sauce of your choice.
Place the roll into a 350 degree F or 180 C preheated oven for about 40 minutes.
Remove from the oven and allow it to cool and set for a few minutes.
Slice, plate, serve, and enjoy your bacon wrapped meatloaf roll.
