Banana foster French toast is a delicious combination of spices, bananas, and homemade topping. Believe me the topping is nicer that anything you could ever buy.

Description

In terms of spices I use cinnamon and all spice, but you can use what you like or leave it out out. This French toast makes a great weekend breakfast which you family and friends will love.

  1. Mix all the batter ingredients in a mixing bowl. Transfer into a deep baking pan.

  2. Place the bread in. Let them soak for few minutes on both sides.

  3. Melt butter with some oil in preheated griddle or pan. Put the bread and let them cook for 2 and half minutes on both sides or until the bread are brown. Set aside on a plate.

  4. In a pan, melt the butter over medium low heat. Add sugar and stir constantly until sugar melts. Add the slice banana, and let it cook for a minute on each side. 

  5. Top the bread with Banana foster topping and drizzle with the sauce. Enjoy!
