Add the oil to a pan over medium high heat. Place the beef in and fry until cooked though and browned.
Put in the onion and garlic. Saute for about 2 minutes until fragrant.
Add in the ketchup, barbeque sauce, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Stir until well incorporated. Set aside.
Open the Pillsbury biscuits, place each one on a floured surface, and roll them out to about 5 or 6 inches in diameter.
Place cheese onto the bottom of each biscuit followed by about 2 tbsp of the filling. Pinch shut so they resemble a dumpling and place seam down on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Coat each of the cheeseburger bombs with the egg white and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Place the cheeseburger bombs into a 375 degree F or 190 degree C preheated oven for about 15 minutes.
Serve and enjoy your beefy cheeseburger bombs.

The seasoning added to the filling are my suggestions. You can add the seasoning of your choice. I use old cheddar cheese or processed cheese. Again, the choice of cheese is optional.
