- 1 Loaf of garlic bread cut into 1 1/2 inch cubes
- 1 Pound of lean or medium ground beef
- 1 Small chopped onion
- 3 Cloves of chopped garlic
- 1 Tsp of salt
- 1 1/2 Tsp of ground black pepper
- 2 Tsp of Italian seasoning
- 2 - 3 Tsp of Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Jar of marinara or pasta sauce of your choice (I use pasta sauce with lots of flavor.)
- 2 Cups of mozzarella cheese, grated
- 1 Cup of extra old sharp cheddar, grated (I like the old sharp, but you can use the cheese of your choice or leave it out.)
- 2 Tsp of dried basil (Use fresh if you have it on hand.)
- 2 Tbsp of chopped parsley for garnish
