Our black pepper is fast, simple and delicious. It is made with boneless, skinless chicken breasts, and combination of vegetables, and ground black pepper. The outcome is out of this world. As always, your friends and family will love it and ask for the recipe. The great thing is, it can be done in one pan in under 30 minutes which makes it a great midweek meal.
Black Pepper Chicken in 30 Minutes
As with any recipe, you can alter the spices and vegetables according to you taste. Give it a try and let us know what you think.
Add the chicken to a bowl. Pour in the soy sauce, rice vinegar, corn starch, and pepper. Mix until well combined. Allow to marinate for 5 to 10 minutes.
While the chicken is marinating, make the sauce by combining the ingredients in a small bowl or measuring cup.
Add some oil to a preheated pan. Place the chicken in and fry until cooked through and white.
Add the vegetables in toss and fry until tender crisp.
Pour the sauce in and fry until the sauce thickens.
Serve over a bed of hot rice and enjoy your one pan black pepper chicken.
