Ingredients
Instructions
-
Add some oil to a pan over medium high heat. Place the ground beef and and fry until brown (drain excess grease if necessary). Move the beef to one side of the pan and add in the onion and garlic. Saute until fragrant. Mix everything together.Β
-
Pour in the marinara sauce and stir. Add the beef stock to the marinara jar and swirl it around to get left over sauce out of the jar and pour it in. A little trick I do. Add in the cream. Season with the salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, paprika, and hot pepper flakes. Stir until well combined.Β
-
Add the broken lasagna noodles in. Stir them until they are well incorporated. Reduce the heat to medium low, place a lid on, and allow to simmer for about 10 or 15 minutes until the noodles are cooked. Lower the heat to low, add the cheeses over the top, place the lid back on, and allow the cheese to melt.Β
-
Garnish with the basil and serve. Enjoy your Budget Stovetop Lasagna.Β
