Caesar Chicken Salad with Pasta – Simple and Delicious
It can be served as a side dish. I often have it as a meal, however. Believe me, your family and friends will love it.
For the Dressing
For the veggies
Boiled pasta according to package instruction. Drain and set aside.
Cut cooked chicken in strips.I'm using a rotisserie chicken. You can use any kind of chicken, either store bought or homemade cooked chicken breasts.
Combine all dressing ingredients in a small mixing bowl. Mix until well combined. Set aside.
Add in lettuce, tomatoes, pasta and chicken. Toss until well incorporated. Serve and enjoy!
