Our Caesar chicken salad is made with pasta, spices, and a fantastic home made dressing which is simply out of this world.

  1. Boiled pasta according to package instruction. Drain and set aside. 

  2. Cut cooked chicken in strips. 

    I'm using a rotisserie chicken. You can use any kind of chicken, either store bought or homemade cooked chicken breasts.
  3. Combine all dressing ingredients in a small mixing bowl. Mix until well combined. Set aside.

  4. Add in lettuce, tomatoes, pasta and chicken. Toss until well incorporated. Serve and enjoy!
