I love take out and fast food. One thing I enjoy even more is street food. That’s why chicken gyros are one of my all time favourites. That wonderfully seasoned chicken combined with the fresh toppings and wrapped in flat pita bread is simply out of this world. You don’t have to be on the street or ordering fast food to have the delicious wraps, however. Believe it or not you can make them simply and easily in the comfort of you own home in about 30 minutes. Even more good news is that most of the ingredients you will have right in your pantry and lurking in the fridge.

As always, you can adjust the seasoning according to your liking. You can also add and omit seasoning if you wish.
I use boneless skinless chicken breast but size can be used as well as they're a bit juicier.
The same rule applies to the toppings. Add, omit, or change what you wish.
