Add the bacon to a Dutch oven over medium high heat. Place the bacon in and fry until semi crisp. Add in the chopped onion and garlic. Stir and saute until fragrant. Place the ground beef in and fry until browned. Add the kolbassa in. Stir until well combined while cooking over medium high heat.Β

Add in the tomato paste and stir until all is coated. Put the diced and Italian tomatoes in followed by the sweet corn, , mixed veggies, and jalapeno peppers. Mix until combined. Put the potatoes in and stir once again. Season with salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, chili powder, and cumin. Pour in the beef broth and stir.Β
