  1. Season beef with salt and pepper. Pound the beef using a meat tenderizer. 

  2. Fry the beef in cooking oil over medium heat until brown. 

  3. Add in shallots, garlic and mushrooms. Sauté until fragrant.  

  4. Add in corn and heavy cream. Stir and bring to a boil. 

  5. Simmer over medium low heat for 20 minutes.

  6. Garnish with parsley and serve.
