Creamy Pasta and Meatballs Recipe

creamypastaandmeatballss
I was thinking about a quick and easy recipe one night after work. Then, I came up with the idea of this creamy pasta and meatballs recipe. It's a clone alfredo recipe. All I did was combine my favourite meatballs with a few spices, cream, and mushroom soup. Served them over some wide noodles and the outcome was spectacular. I couldn't believe the entire dish came together in under 30 minutes. Believe me, my family and friends loved it.

Description

Our creamy meatball pasta recipe is a simple combination of basic spices, homemade meatballs, cream, and wide noodles. This outcome if very similar to Alfredo without the risk of calling it that.

Ingredients
    For the Meatballs
  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • For the Sauce
  • 1 small can of cream of mushroom soup (If you don't have cream of mushroom, you can use cream.)
  • 1 cup table cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 3 cloves chopped garlic
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley
  • 175 grams wide noodles cooked al dente
Instructions
  1. Add some salt to a pot of boiling water. Place the noodles in and cook them according to package instructions. It should take about 10 to 12 minutes. Rinse them in cold water to stop the cooking and set them aside.

  2. To Make the Meatballs
  3. Add the ground beef, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, salt, pepper, and parsley to a mixing bowl. Using your hands, mix until well combined.

  4. Grab up some of the mixture (an ice cream scoop usually works), place it in the palm of your hand, and roll it into a ball. Place the ball into the bed of the air fryer. Repeat the process for the remaining mixture.

If you don't have an air fryer, you can bake or fry the meatballs.
  5. Bake the meatballs at 365 F or 190 C for about 15 minutes.

  6. To Make the Sauce
  7. Add the butter to a pan over medium high heat and melt it down.

  8. Put the garlic in and saute it until fragrant.

  9. Pour in the soup and the table cream. Stir and bring to a boil until smooth, thick, and well combined.

  10. Add in the salt, pepper,  Parmesan, and parsley. Stir and simmer for about 2 minutes.

  11. Place the meatballs over the noodles followed by the sauce. Garnish with parsley.

  12. Serve and enjoy your pasta and meatballs.
