Our creamy meatball pasta recipe is a simple combination of basic spices, homemade meatballs, cream, and wide noodles. This outcome if very similar to Alfredo without the risk of calling it that.
Add some salt to a pot of boiling water. Place the noodles in and cook them according to package instructions. It should take about 10 to 12 minutes. Rinse them in cold water to stop the cooking and set them aside.
Add the ground beef, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, salt, pepper, and parsley to a mixing bowl. Using your hands, mix until well combined.
Grab up some of the mixture (an ice cream scoop usually works), place it in the palm of your hand, and roll it into a ball. Place the ball into the bed of the air fryer. Repeat the process for the remaining mixture.
Bake the meatballs at 365 F or 190 C for about 15 minutes.
Add the butter to a pan over medium high heat and melt it down.
Put the garlic in and saute it until fragrant.
Pour in the soup and the table cream. Stir and bring to a boil until smooth, thick, and well combined.
Add in the salt, pepper, Parmesan, and parsley. Stir and simmer for about 2 minutes.
Place the meatballs over the noodles followed by the sauce. Garnish with parsley.
Serve and enjoy your pasta and meatballs.
