After a trip to the East of Canada, I simply had to try lobster rolls. So, I went ahead and whipped some up. Believe me, the outcome was incredible.

My lobster came precooked, so I just laid it out on sheet of foil, added some butter, wrapped it, and baked it for about 10 minutes. Prepare yours according to instructions.
Add the mayo, celery, lemon zest, lemon juice, dill, salt, and pepper to a mixing bowl and stir until well combined.
Cut the lobster into to small chunks and put it into the sauce. Mix until combined.
Melt the butter in a pan over medium high heat. Spread the buns face-down. Brown on both sides.
Add the lettuce to the bottom of the buns followed by the lobster mix.
Serve and enjoy your buttery lobster rolls.
