Drain any excess bacon grease from the pan. Leave some in to fry with though. Add the ground beef to the pan and fry until browned. Move the beef to one side of the pan and add in the onion and garlic. Saute until fragrant. Add in the flour, stir, and cook for about 2 minutes. Add in the tomato paste and stir once again.
3 Slowly pour in the milk while stirring. Add in the ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, and stir. Put the seasoning in and stir one again. Add in pasta and combine. Place the cheese in and stir until well incorporated. Lastly, add the bacon and mix.
4 Plate, garnish with parsley, and enjoy your Down Home Cheeseburger Bacon Casserole.
