Place the beef into a pan over medium high heat. Break up and fry until browned. Push to one side and add in the onion, garlic, and bell peppers. Saute for a few minutes until the onion and garlic are fragrant. Mix together.Β

Pour in the tomatoes, soup, and beef broth. Season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Stir and allow to simmer form 10 minutes or so. Add in the noodles and cover. Simmer again for about 12 more minutes until the noodles are cooked. Sprinkle the cheese over the top and stir until well combined.
