I've always enjoyed baked potatoes. Certain requirements had to be met, however. First off they had to have a beautiful texture, well season, soft, and tender. Secondly, the roasted potato had to go with just about any recipe. If you're anything like me, this is the perfect roasted potato recipe for you.

Add the potatoes and seasoning to a large mixing bowl. Mix until the potatoes are well coated and everything is nicely combined.
Spray a sheet pan with baking spray and lay the potatoes on skin side down.
Bake at 400 degrees F or 200 C for about 30 minutes.
Plate and garnish with parsley.
Serve and enjoy your easy roasted potatoes.
