Who doesn't love a fast and easy meal and this egg roll in a bowl/crack slaw produces just that. Simply combine a few ingredients for the sauce and slaw and dinner is on the table. Believe me, this slaw is addictive.

Add the sugar, soy sauce, vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, hot sauce, and fish sauce to a mixing bowl. Whisk until well combined. Set it aside.
In a pan over medium high heat, add in the chicken. Fry until just cooked through and a bit brown. Place the onions in and continue to saute for a few minutes until the onions become translucent.
Add the slaw mixture in. Cook and stir until tender. Follow this by pouring in the sauce. Continue to stir and cook until heated through.
Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions. Enjoy your egg roll in a bowl/crack slaw!

You can use ground beef or pork instead of chicken.
The coleslaw can be chopped by hand, I just find it's easier to get the pre-cut bags.
Adjust the ingredients in the sauce according to your liking.
