Fried cauliflower bites are simple to make and incredibly delicious. It simple a matter of preparing the following ingredients, dredging the florets, and frying them up. Part of the recipe is the delicious 3 ingredient sauce.
Add the dredging ingredients to a bowl and mix until well combined.
Add some oil to a pan (about 3/4 of an inch) and heat until it reaches about 350 degrees F or 180 C.
Dredge each floret into the mixture and then into the oil. Fry for a minute or two until golden brown. Set aside on a wire rack.
In a small bowl, combine the ingredients for the dip. Mix until well combined.
Serve and enjoy your fried cauliflower bites.
