I often fry this up on weekends for the whole family and they just love it. If I have company over for breakfast, they love it too. Give this sandwich a try and let us know what you think.

  • 4 slices bread (any kind)
  • 2 large eggs
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 pinches garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese (grated)
  • 8 slices ham (thinly slice)
  • 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 4 tablespoons Chipotle
  • 2 tablespoons butter (or more)
  1. Fry the eggs sunny side up. Season with salt and pepper and set aside. 

    You can also fry the ham or leave it as is. 
  2. Spread cheddar cheese on top of the bread. Followed by sliced ham, and egg, cheese, mayonnaise, ketchup and top of the bread. 

  3. Add butter into preheated pan over medium heat. Place the sandwich and let it brown and let the cheese melts. Flip to other side and cook for few minutes until brown. 

  4. Serve and enjoy.
