Add the cranberries, sugar, apple, orange zest, fresh orange juice, orange juice, water, and rosemary to a saucepan. Stir and cook over medium heat until the cranberries pop and the sauce begins to thicken.
Turn off the heat and allow to cool. Place the sauce in the fridge to thicken even more.
