Description

Of course you can deep fry them too. They are made with a simple combination of olive oil, salt, pepper, and paprika. Sound simple but the taste is out of this world. They are great with dinner, parties, or the super bow.

Ingredients
  • 3 large white potatoes (cut in fries)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon paprika (add more if you like)
Instructions
  1. Cut potatoes into strips. Soak in water for about 30 minutes. Drain and set aside. 

  2. Add in olive oil, salt, pepper and paprika. Mix until well coated. 

  3. Place potatoes in a pan line with parchment paper. 

  4. Bake in 425 F for 35 minutes. Or, air fry in 350 - 360 degrees for 20 - 25 minutes. 

    Serve and enjoy.
