I especially enjoy chicken with some spice and sweetness. Plain old chicken with salt and pepper is just too boring form me. Then, I got thinking about a chicken dish with an element of sweetness and a tad of spice. Often not just a tad but a lot of spice. Yes, a sweet and sour chicken.
After thinking all this, it came to mind that a chicken dish with some honey and chili sauce might fit the bill. Thus, my honey spicy chicken dish was created. I have to say, it has to be one of the nicest dishes I have ever put together. Believe me guys, it is a must try.

Note
The level of spiciness can be increased by the brand and content of the chilli sauce you buy. If you can't get a sauce spicy enough, add in some flakes or even tabasco. Be sure to use a good brand of honey as that will make a huge difference. Adjust the rest of the spices accordingly as well.Â
