Description

The chicken is marinated in the sauce briefly; although, it can be overnight. Next, it is dredged in flour and fried to perfection. The outcome is fantastic.

Ingredients
  • 1 pound chicken parts (cut in bite size)
  • 1 small ginger (grated)
  • 2 cloves garlic (grated)
  • 1 egg (beaten)
  • 1 tablespoon soysauce
  • 2 tablespoons cooking wine (or water)
  • ground black pepper to taste
  • For the coating
  • 1 cup all purpose flour
Instructions
  1. Marinate the chicken with all ingredients except the flour. Cover and chill in the fridge for about 15-20 minutes.

  2. Dredge each pieces in flour. Set aside.

  3. Fry or bake in hot oil, until crispy golden brown. Enjoy!
