Our lime garlic chicken is a delicious combination of lime and spices. I use thighs, but you can use the cut of meat of your choice.

Ingredients
  • 1 pound chicken thighs (boneless, cubed)
  • juice of one lime
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce (or soysauce)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic (minced)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • melted butter for basting
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 425 F.

  2. Marinate chicken with the rest of ingredients except butter for 30 minutes. 

  3. Transfer into baking dish. Brush with melted butter an season more pepper. Bake for 20 minutes or so until the chicken is fully cooked. 

  4. Serve chicken with bed of rice. Garnish with lime zest and sliced lime. Enjoy!
