Make Corned Beef Hash Simple and Easy – Even a Beginner Can Do It
I've always loved corned beef hash, but it always seemed like a daunting task to make it. Until I found this recipe and concluded that with a potato in a can of corn beef hash anyone can make up this recipe simply and easily. Believe me, there is nothing better than corn beef hash for breakfast.
Add some oil to a pan over medium high heat. Place the potatoes in and fry them until they are just about cooked. This will take about four minutes.
Add in the onion and garlic. Stir, sauté, and mix until the onion is translucent and the garlic is fragrant.
Add in the corn beef and mix well. If it's canned corn beef, break it up as you stir. Salt and pepper to taste.
As you're frying, press the corn beef down and allow to fry for two or three minutes until the crust forms on the bottom. Continue this process until you get a good crust.
Plate, serving egg over the top, and enjoy!
