Brownies are a family treat around the globe. Who doesn't love one for dessert or for a snack with a glass of milk. This mix is simple and creates the best brownies you will ever make. To make things better, you can bag batches of it, store it, and whip them up in no time.
Add the dry ingredients to a bowl. Mix until well combined.
Add the eggs, oil, and vanilla extract to the dry mixture and whisk until a smooth silky texture forms.
Gently fold in the walnuts.
Spray a 9 by 9 baking dish with baking spray, pour the mixture in, tap and smooth out.
Place the brownies in a 350 degree F or 180 C preheated oven for 30 minutes or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean.
Slice, serve, and enjoy your brownies.

A key note is that I always make up 2 or three batches, put them in a zip lock bag, label the bag, and store them in the cupboard for future use. That way, when you're ready, you simply have to add the wet ingredients and bake them.
You can also add more or less sugar depending on how sweet you like them and how diet conscious you are.
