Everybody loves brownies. Who doesn’t like to indulge in that creamy texture of fudge and goodness. That, however, is the problem. They have to be the right texture and more importantly taste. Sure you can buy them at the grocery store, from the bakery, or grab up a box and whip them up yourself. But this is not the same as making them from scratch. And that process, often doesn’t come easy. Nevertheless, this brownie mix is simple, creates a perfect texture and taste, and you can make up multiple batches and store it. Life doesn’t get any easier and better. Most importantly, your family and friends will love them.

Note

A key note is that I always make up 2 or three batches, put them in a zip lock bag, label the bag, and store them in the cupboard for future use. That way, when you're ready, you simply have to add the wet ingredients and bake them.

You can also add more or less sugar depending on how sweet you like them and how diet conscious you are.
