Everybody loves brownies. Who doesn't like to indulge in that creamy texture of fudge and goodness. That, however, is the problem. They have to be the right texture and more importantly taste. Sure you can buy them at the grocery store, from the bakery, or grab up a box and whip them up yourself. But this is not the same as making them from scratch. And that process, often doesn't come easy. Nevertheless, this brownie mix is simple, creates a perfect texture and taste, and you can make up multiple batches and store it. Life doesn't get any easier and better. Most importantly, your family and friends will love them.

Brownies are a family treat around the globe. Who doesn't love one for dessert or for a snack with a glass of milk. This mix is simple and creates the best brownies you will ever make. To make things better, you can bag batches of it, store it, and whip them up in no time.

Ingredients
  • 1 cup white granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup all purpose flour
  • 1/3 cup coco, sifted
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup crushed walnuts (optinal)
  • 1/4 tablespoon all purpose flour (for mixing with the nuts to stop them from sinking)
Instructions
  1. Add the dry ingredients to a bowl. Mix until well combined.
  2. Add the eggs, oil, and vanilla extract to the dry mixture and whisk until a smooth silky texture forms. 

  3. Gently fold in the walnuts.

  4. Spray a 9 by 9 baking dish with baking spray, pour the mixture in, tap and smooth out.

  5. Place the brownies in a 350 degree F or 180 C preheated oven for 30 minutes or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean.

  6. Slice, serve, and enjoy your brownies.

Note

A key note is that I always make up 2 or three batches, put them in a zip lock bag, label the bag, and store them in the cupboard for future use. That way, when you're ready, you simply have to add the wet ingredients and bake them.

You can also add more or less sugar depending on how sweet you like them and how diet conscious you are.
