Onion wrapped bacon bombs are my secret combination of ground beef, wrapped in onion, rapped in bacon, and smothered with sauce. You just can't beat them. Give them a try and let us know what you think.

Place the ground beef into a bowl. Add in the egg, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, tabasco, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
Lay the cored onions out on a flat surface. Grab up a hand full of the mixture and make it into a ball. Place it inside the onion cores.
Wrap the balls with a slice of bacon and place them on a wire rack over a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Insert a toothpick through each ball to secure it.
Place in a 425 degree F 210 C preheated oven and bake for about 45 minutes.
Serve with your favourite sauce. Enjoy your onion bacon bombs.
