Orange beef and broccoli can be made in 30 minutes which make is a fantastic midweek meal. It consists of ingredients which you will probably have in your pantry and makes a great midweek meal. Believe me, the entire family will love it and come back for seconds.

Add the beef to a mixing bowl followed by the pepper, corn starch, and soy sauce. Mix until the meat is completely coated. Set it aside. You can also place it in the fridge for about 20 minutes or overnight.
Add the chicken stock to a bowl or large measuring cup followed by the sugar, ginger, garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, corn starch, orange zest, and orange juice. Mix until well incorporated.
Pour a tablespoon or two of oil into a preheated wok or frying pan over medium high heat. Place the beef in and fry for a few minutes until brown. This won't take that long as the beef is thin. Don't overcook it.
Add in the broccoli and fry for another few minutes until it begins to become tender.
Pour the sauce in and bring it to a boil. Stir and simmer for a few minutes until it thickens.
Serve over steamed rice and enjoy your orange beef and broccoli.
