Pasta Italian Salad – Simple and Delicious

Our pasta Italian salad is made with a combination of noodles, grape tomatoes, red onions, green onions, black olives, roasted bell peppers, sun dried tomatoes, feta cheese, pepper, olive oil, sugar, balsamic vinegar, parsley, and a drizzle of lemon.

Serve this up with your favorite Protein. Give it a toss and you are good to go. Take my work this is a great side dish and everybody will love it.

Ingredients
  • 2 cups Rotini (Boiled and drained)
  • 10 grape or cherry tomatoes (cut in half)
  • 2 small red onion (finely chopped)
  • 2 stalks green onions (chopped)
  • 3 tablespoons black olives (sliced)
  • 2 tablespoons roasted or fresh red bell pepper (chopped)
  • 3 tablespoons sun dried tomato
  • 3 tablespoons crumbled feta
  • olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Balsamic vinegar
  • pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
  • juice of half lemon
Instructions
  1. Boil pasta in salted boing water until al dente. Drain and set aside.

  2. Combine the rest of the ingredients, along with the cooked pasta. Toss until well combined. 

  3. Serve and enjoy!
