Pepper beef rice is made with a simple combination of thinly sliced beef, rice, corn, and green onion. It is served up with a simple, yet delicious, sauce. It is simply a must try.
Add the sauce ingredients to a small mixing bowl and whisk until well combined. Set aside.
Add half the butter to a pan over medium heat and allow it to melt down. Add in the rice, pour half the sauce over it, and place the remaining butter, corn, and onion on top.
Place the beef around the rice and fry for a few minutes until brown on one side. Do not cook too long as the beef is very thin. Turn off the heat and add in the remaining sauce. Flip the beef over and allow it to cook for about 1 minute on the other side.
Serve and enjoy your beef pepper rice in 15 minutes.
