  1. Add some oil to a pan over medium high heat. Place the beef in and fry until browned. Be sure to drain off any excess oil. Move the beef to one side of the pan and add in the onion and garlic. Stir and saute until fragrant. Add in the mushrooms and bell peppers. Stir and saute until the mushrooms begin to cook and change colour. Season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Mix again until combined. 

  2. Pour in the heavy cream and beef broth and bring to a soft boil. Add in the pasta and stir until combined. Reduce heat and allow to soft boil for about 10 or 12 minutes until the pasta is cooked. Add in the mozzarella and stir. Place the Parmesan in and stir again. Allow to simmer for 3 or 4 minutes. 

    You can use other types fo pasta if you wish.
  3. Plate and garnish with parsley. Enjoy your Poor Man's Philly Steak and Cheese!
