Pork and Broccoli with noodles is a great midweek meal as it can be done so fast.

Made with a delicious combination of chow mein noodles, sliced pork, chopped garlic, chili flakes, ground black pepper, broccoli, fresh basil leaves, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sugar, the result is out of this world.   1. Blanch chowmein noodles for a minute or two. Drain and set aside. 

  2. Heat cooking oil in a pan. Add in pork and fry until brown. 

  3. Add the garlic, chili flakes, salt and pepper. Sauté for a minute until fragrant. 

  4. Place in broccoli. Cover and let it sit for 3 minutes until the broccoli release its water.

  5. Remove the lid and toss for a minute. 

  6. Add the drained noodles, fresh basil, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sugar. Stir fry until heated through.

Note

Add water one tablespoon at a time, if your noodles get too dry.  You can also add some drops of sesame oil if you wish.
