Of course, breakfast is the most important meal of the day. There is nothing better to start it off than with a good omelette. Our potato omelette is a unique combination of garlic, onions, eggs and potatoes. This delightful combination will charge up your batteries and give you the energy to start your day.
I often make it up on the weekend and the entire family loves it. It is a great meal that even your breakfast guests will rant and rave and ask for the recipe.

Potato Omelette – The Ultimate Breakfast
Description
Our potato omelette is a wonderful combination of eggs, bacon, garlic, green onions and a few other ingredients. The outcome is simply out of this world.

Fry diced potatoes over medium low heat until tender. Set aside.

In a mixing bowl, beat 5 eggs. Add the cooked potatoes and the rest of the ingredients except parsley. Mix until well combined.

Add cooking oil in preheated pan. Pour the egg mixture in. Spread it into the pan evenly. Cover with lid and let it cook on medium low heat until the bottom is set for about 6-7 minutes.

When the bottom is set, place a bigger plate over it and flip the pan. Carefully slide the omelet into the pan and let the other side cook for 2 minutes.
You can us the lid as well to flip the egg. -
Slice and serve with your favorite sauce.

As with any recipe, you can alter many of the ingredients according to your liking. For example, if you're a garlic lover, add more; if you are not, add less.
