Preheat oven to 375 F.
Arrange potatoes into a casserole dish or baking dish.
Pour in cream. Season with salt, pepper, thyme and garlic.
Add some melted butter and top with grated cheese.
Cover with an aluminum foil. Bake for 50-60 minutes.
Remove the foil and bake uncover for additional 15 minutes.
Serve and enjoy.
