Description

Ingredients
  • 8 tablespoons unsalted butter (1 stick) (melted)
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • handful parsley chopped
  • salt to taste
  • 1 Belgian or French baguette (bread)
  • 1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven at 400 F.

  2. In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter, parsley, salt and garlic. Mix until well combined. 

  3. Make a crisscross pattern on the top of the bread but not all the way trough. Transfer into baking pan. 

  4. Open the bread and spoon the mixture. Insert a teaspoon of mozzarella cheese in each hole as well. 

  5. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 5 minutes. Remove the foil and bake uncover for additional 5 minutes. 

  6. Serve and enjoy!
