Description

Made with a marinate of pork, pineapple, garlic, corn starch, soy sauce, pepper, rice, and pineapple juice, the outcome is out of this world.

Ingredients
  • 2 large porkchops (cut in strips)
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce to taste
  • pepper to taste
  • cooking oil
  • 3 cloves garlic (chopped)
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1 stalk green onion (chopped)
Instructions
  1. Combine pork with cornstarch, soy sauce and pepper. Mix and marinate for 15 minutes.

  2. Fry the pork in medium heat oil until crispy golden brown. 

  3. Add the garlic and sauté until fragrant. 

  4. Add the rice, oyster sauce and little bit of soy sauce. Stir fry until rice is heated through. Toss in green onions and ready to serve.
