I'm always looking for quick and easy recipes with an Asian twist. That's when this fast and simple thinly sliced beef fry came to mind. It's actually a spin off of Korean Bulgogi. After making it, i became a regular on my dinner menu.
Add the beef to a mixing bowl followed by the remaining ingredients. Using your hands, mix until well combined and the meat is completely covered.
Add about 1 tbsp of oil to a pan over medium high heat. Place the beef mixture in and fry for a few minutes until browned and cooked through.
Serve over rice or mashed potatoes. Enjoy your thinly sliced beef fry.
