Sensational Sweet Braised Chicken

caramel chicken
Caramel chicken is an easy recipe that can be made quickly. In light of that, it makes a great midweek meal. I often serve it up as my Wednesday special; although, it can be served any day of the week. The sauce is simply delightful served up over a bed of steaming hot rice.
