  1. Add some oil to a pan over medium high heat. Place the ground beef in and fry until cooked through and browned. Move the beef to one side and add in the onion and garlic. Saute until fragrant.

  2. Add in the cheese from the box of Kraft Dinner, tomatoes, milk, and pasta from the Kraft Dinner. Stir until combined and bring to a soft boil. Season with Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, peas, and corn. Stir once again. Lower the heat to medium low, place a lid on, and simmer for about 10 minutes until the pasta is cooked. • Add more veggies: Increase the amount of vegetables or include different ones like zucchini, mushrooms, or spinach.
  • Spice it up: Add a kick of heat with red pepper flakes, cayenne pepper, or your favorite hot sauce.
  • Creamy finish: Stir in a dollop of sour cream or Greek yogurt at the end for a richer flavor.
  • Low-carb option: Serve over cauliflower rice instead of traditional pasta.
  • Meal prep: Double the recipe and enjoy leftovers throughout the week.
  • Freezer-friendly: Assemble the ingredients in a freezer-safe bag and freeze for a quick meal later.

Troubleshooting:

  • If the skillet is too dry, add a splash of broth or water.
  • If the ground beef is too greasy, drain off excess fat before adding other ingredients.
  • Adjust cooking times based on the type of pasta used.
